Every Friday and Saturday evening this summer, the Woodstock Inn will offer romantic, five-course dinners at the Inn. Don’t miss this opportunity to relax with your sweetie and be totally catered to! The dinners will feature the fixed menu (below) featuring hints of our adventures abroad as well as some hometown favorites.
Price per couple: $139
Fresh Mediterranean Salad:
Mixed organic greens with tomatoes, sliced cucumbers, thumbalina carrots, shaved red onions, toasted pine nuts and chestnuts, topped with Feta cheese, calamata olives, and our very own strawberry basil vinaigrette dressing.
"Chupe" Soup:
From the slopes of the Andes, this Peruvian specialty soup combines a hearty amount of hand-pulled chicken, Yukon potatoes, 3 kinds of cheeses and young sweet corn.
Appetizer:
Sautéed wild jumbo shrimp in a fragrant Coconut Thai Curry cream sauce.
Entrée:
Grilled Angus beef Fillet Mignon Medallions placed over a bed of risotto and sautéed spinach, drizzled with a sweet pear balsamic reduction and topped with crumbles of crispy pepper bacon. Accompanied by a melee of seasonal farmer’s market vegetables.
Dessert:
Hand selected medley of fresh berries and cream served with our own blend of rich coffee.
Wine:
A bottle of white or red wine
